Directorate Appointment
Touchstar plc ("Touchstar" or the "Company"), specialists in real time data capture and mobile computing solutions for the retail, logistics and transportation sector announces that John Hall has been appoint a director with immediate effect.
John Simpson Hall, aged 59, has been with Touchstar for over 13 years and is currently Chief Operating Officer. There are no other disclosures in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
Commenting Ian Martin, Chairman, said "I am delighted to welcome John to the Board, he plays a fundamental role in the development of our new products and services which will be key to the implementation of Touchstar's strategy and its future success."
