Belgravium Technologies plc ("Belgravium" or the "Company"), the provider of software applications and solutions for the airline, retail, transport and logistics industries, announces that following his recent share sale John Kembery, Chairman of the Company, has agreed to leave the Board with immediate effect. Ian Martin, previously a non-executive director, will take over as Executive Chairman.
In addition, Chris Phillips, a non-executive director will also be leaving the board effective upon appointment of an independent non-executive director.
Commenting Ian Martin said: "On behalf of the Company I would like to thank John and Chris for their significant contribution to the Company over the years and wish them the very best for the future".
