Directorate Changes
Belgravium Technologies, the provider of mobile on-board retail solutions, is pleased to announce that John Christmas has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 November 2015. In addition, Chris Philips, a non-executive director, will stand down as a non-executive director and Company Secretary with effect from 30 October 2015. Natasha Rourke, the Group Financial Controller, will become Company Secretary.
Commenting Ian Martin, Chairman, said: "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Chris for his contribution to the Company over many years and wish him well for the future. In addition, I would very much like to welcome John to the Board and we look forward to working with him. John has extensive commercial and financial experience obtained from roles with both public and private companies which we believe can be of great benefit to Belgravium."
The following details in relation the appointment of John Leslie Christmas (aged 61) are disclosed in accordance with in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
