Transense Technologies plcProposed Fundraising to raise up to approximately £2.54 million: extension of Closing DateAs set out in the circular sent to Shareholders and Warrant holders on 22 November 2011 (announced on 21 November 2011) (the "Circular"), it is possible for the Closing Date to be changed to such later time and date as the Directors and Hybridan may agree.It has become apparent that a number of Warrant holders whose Warrants are held by nominees have experienced significant delays in receiving notification of the Offer from their nominees and difficulties in making arrangements for their nominees to exercise the warrants on their behalf.Accordingly, the Directors and Hybridan have agreed to extend the Closing Date to 11.00 a.m. on 20 December 2011. As a result of this extension, the date on which dealings in Subscription Shares and Bonus Shares will commence on AIM shall be changed to 8.00 a.m. on 29 December 2011 and the date by which definitive share certificates in respect of the Subscription Shares and Bonus Shares will have been despatched shall be changed to no later than 11 January 2012.
