Issue of equity
Transense Technologies plc announces that on 26 July 2013 it issued 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") to Lynchwood Nominees Limited as a result of a validly submitted but previously unfulfilled application under the recent offer for subscription. The shares were issued at a subscription price of 7.5 pence per ordinary share.
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will take place and dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence with effect from 5 August 2013.
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 267,336,046 ordinary shares representing 267,336,046 voting rights in the Company. From Admission this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
