Investment Update
Trikona Trinity Capital plc (AIM:TRC) announces an investment update for Sankalp Buildwell Private Limited ("Sankalp") (DP14).
In order to satisfy potential legal and Government of India regulations in Sankalp (DP14), the Company set aside £2.55 million of its cash as reported in note 11 of the Company's Interim Report and Accounts as at 30 September 2008.*
The Company can now confirm it has satisfied all the requirements through a payment of £1.12 million.
