Statement re Investment Holding
Trikona Trinity Capital plc (AIM:TRC) announces an update with respect to its investment in Pipavav Shipyard Limited ('PSL').
On 11 September 2009, PSL announced a price band of INR 55 to 60 per share with respect to subscriptions for the company's forthcoming public issue and listing. Listing is expected to occur shortly after subscriptions close on 18 September 2009.
Trikona Trinity Capital plc, holds 45.9 million shares representing a 7.91% interest in the equity share capital of PSL. TRC acquired the shares at a price of INR 25 per share in January 2007.
