Extraordinary General Meetings - Correction

Trinity Capital PLC (AIM: TRC) ("the Company") announced on 13 February 2018 that it had published a shareholder circular with proposals for:

· the cancellation of Admission to trading on AIM,

· Re-registration under the 2006 Companies Act,

· payment of a final Distribution and

· the Voluntary Winding-Up of the Company

The announcement and the circular stated that, assuming shareholders give their approval at the EGM on 8 March 2018 to the proposal to cancel the admission of the Company's shares on AIM, then the cancellation will be effective from 8am on 15 March 2018. This piece of information is incorrect. Instead, the cancellation will take effect from 7am on 16 March 2018, and not as originally stated.

All other information in the announcement and in the circular remains unaffected.
