The Revel Collective plc, a leading operator of premium bars and gastro pubs, trading mainly under the Revolution, Revolución de Cuba and Peach Pubs brands, confirms that further to the announcement on 26 March, the Company has appointed Matthew Fowler as Chief Financial Officer, effective from 16 June.

Matthew is an experienced public markets Chief Financial Officer, having most recently held the same position at musicMagpie plc until April this year, and prior to that genedrive plc. As noted in the announcement on 26 March, Danielle Davies will remain in the business in the short term to effect an orderly transition of her responsibilities.

Rob Pitcher, Chief Executive Officer of the Group, commented:
