The Revel Collective plc (AIM: TRC) announces the strengthening of its Board with the appointment of Paul O'Leary as Non-Executive Director effective immediately.
Paul O'Leary has extensive financial and management role experience in the consumer sector, having served as Chief Financial Officer at Boden between 2000 and 2019, and then as Chief Operating Officer between 2019 and 2024. Paul now sits on the board of Boden as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair. It is intended that Paul will also chair the Company's Audit Committee.
Luke Johnson, Chairman of the Group commented:
