Trikona Trinity Capital PLC ('Trikona TC' or the 'Company')

Transaction in Own Shares 

Trikona TC yesterday, through Arden Partners plc, purchased 550,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 43.7 pence per ordinary share. The ordinary shares purchased yesterday will be held for cancellation. 

The total number of ordinary shares in issue, following the above purchase and cancellation, (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 228,575,200.
