Trikona Trinity Capital PLC ('Trikona TC' or the 'Company')

Transaction in Own Shares 

Trikona TC on Wednesday 11 June 2009, through Arden Partners plc, purchased 284,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 60 pence per ordinary share. The ordinary shares purchased will be cancelled. 

Since the announcement on 24 March 2009 of the Company's intention to effect returns of capital to shareholders, the Company has now purchased for cancellation 15,644,992 ordinary shares, following which the current issued share capital of the Company is 216,155,208.
