Trikona Trinity Capital PLC (AIM:TRC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Arvind Pahwa (aged 59) as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. 

Mr. Pahwa brings extensive Indian real estate experience to the Board, having been involved in the industry for over 25 years. His most recent role was as head of Indian Real Estate for JP Morgan Asset Management. In previous years, he has served several leading firms such as Indiareit Consultancy Services and Reliance Land Limited in senior positions. Prior to this he was CEO for Lokhandwala Group, the leading real estate developer in Mumbai. Mr. Pahwa earned his Masters in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai and his B.Sc. in Physics from Delhi University.

In accordance with Paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules, further information in relation to Mr. Pahwa's appointment is set below. 

Commenting on the appointment, Martin Adams, Chairman of the Company, said: "The Company is delighted to welcome Mr. Pahwa to the Board. There is no doubt that a person of Mr. Pahwa's calibre, professionalism and experience in Indian real estate will contribute significantly to maximising the value of our investments as we implement the Company's investment policy".
