Director's Dealings

Trakm8, the AIM-quoted designer and developer of licensed GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, was notified today of the transfer on 30 April 2013 by John Watkins (Chief Executive Officer) and certain parties related to him, of 3,822,738 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") (representing 20.07% of voting rights in the company) from the legal ownership of Hornbuckle Mitchell to Lansdown Nominees SIPPs.

John Watkins' total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 4,558,292 Ordinary Shares representing 23.48% of the Company's total voting rights.
