PDMR Shareholding
Trakm8, the AIM-listed telematics and data provider to the global market place, was notified today that on 31 May 2017, Colin Ferguson, PDMR of the Company, sold a total of 40,000 ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") to two senior managers of the Company. Each senior manager bought 20,000 Ordinary Shares and their purchase adds to their existing shareholdings in the Company.
