Trakm8, the AIM quoted telematics and data provider to the global market place, announces that James Hedges, Finance Director, has stepped down from the Board effective 31 August 2017 having served on the Board for over eight years. His resignation is as a result of the move of the Group's finance team from the Dorset site to the Group's West Midlands site, which is expected to be completed by mid-September 2017.

In addition, the Company announces the appointment, effective 18 September 2017, of Jonathan ("Jon") Furber joining as the new Finance Director of the Group. Following Jon's appointment, James will remain as an employee of the Group for the time required to facilitate a smooth handover.

Jon has previously held senior finance roles at technology growth businesses; he was CFO at AppSense and at Vistorm/HP Information Security (UK), and most recently interim CFO at Intrinsic Technology. Jon is a chartered accountant having trained and qualified at KPMG.
