Trakm8, the AIM quoted telematics and data provider to the global market place, announces that the Company has today granted a total of 725,000 options ("Options") over ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to certain PDMRs and employees of the Company. The Options have an exercise price of 98.5 pence per Ordinary Share (being the mid-market closing price of an Ordinary Share on 3 July 2017) and are exercisable at any time between 4 July 2020 and 3 July 2027.
