Total Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure and Transparency Rules 5.6.1R the Company notifies the market that, as at 31 March 2016, the Company's issued share capital and voting rights were as follows:
Class of share: Ordinary 10.0p
Total number of Ordinary Shares in issue*: 10,845,600
Total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury: 50,000
Total Voting Rights attaching to Ordinary Shares in issue: 10,795,600
* These figures include 50,000 shares currently held by the Company in Treasury, which are excluded from the Company's EPS calculation.
The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights of 10,795,600 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
