Titon Holdings PLC04 February 2005 Titon Holdings Plc (the "Company") Director Appointment The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Keith Ritchie will be joining theBoard of Titon Holdings Plc as a Non Executive Director with effect from 7February 2005. Mr Ritchie is employed by Bank of America in London, working inGlobal Corporate and Investment Banking. He is 45 years old and is a charteredaccountant. The Company's Chairman, John Anderson, commented: "Keith's wide businessexperience combined with his knowledge of the City will be greatly beneficial tothe Company and we look forward to working alongside him in the future." Mr Ritchie's wife is a major shareholder in the Company and between them theyhave a beneficial and non-beneficial interest in 1,077,280 Ordinary Sharesrepresenting 10.2% of the shares in issue.
