TheĀ MISSIONĀ Group plcĀ (AIM: TMG), creator ofĀ Work ThatĀ Counts TM,Ā comprising a group of digital marketing and communications Agencies delivering real, sustainable growth for its Clients, announced on 28 March 2023 the Board's proposal to pay a final dividend totalling 1.67p per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2022.
This will be presented to shareholders for approval at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 20 June 2023.
If approved, the dividend will be paid on 28 July 2023 to shareholders on the register of members on 14 July 2023; the ex-dividend date will be 13 July 2023.
