In that period the Group has delivered well above industry averageorganic growth and has made three major acquisitions. These acquisitions haveseen the Group grow its annual turnover base from £5 million pre-IPO to aproforma turnover of almost £80 million in 2006, with nine offices across theUK, servicing national and international clients. Two of these acquisitions have been made since the financial year end. On 14March 2007 themission announced the acquisition of thinkBDW, one of the UK'sleading specialist property and real estate marketing agencies. In the sameweek, this was followed by April-Six, a leading marketing agency specialising inthe global IT sector, on 16 March. Both acquisitions give themission presence indynamic, fast growing sectors and fit perfectly with the Group's strategy setout at the time of its IPO in April 2006. The current financial year has started well with good organic growth supportedby an encouraging new business performance. We continue to evaluate furtheracquisition opportunities that meet our strict financial and operationalcriteria.
