(the "Company") (AIM: TMG) wishes to announce that theCompany has today posted a notice of meeting and management information circular(the "Circular") to shareholders of the Company. The special meeting ofshareholders (the "Meeting") is being held to approve the sale of the Company'sPhilippine assets, namely its 100% shareholding in Philippine Gold Ltd, awholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and its other interests in the Masbategold project located on the island of Masbate in the Philippines. Details ofthe sale transaction were announced by the Company on January 31, 2007.
