Director's Shareholding
In accordance with sections 324 to 328 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), Mr Andrew Thorpe, Company Chairman, has today notified the Company that he sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 530 pence per Ordinary Share on 21st May 2009. Following this disposal, Mr Thorpe and persons connected with him remain interested in 2,813,843 Ordinary Shares representing 24.00 per cent of the issued share capital with voting rights. This calculation is based on 11,723,559 being the total number of shares in issue with voting rights.
