Directorate Changes
FW Thorpe announces the following changes to the board structure:
Mr David Taylor has recently retired from his role as Managing Director of Philip Payne, a subsidiary of FW Thorpe, and will now step down as Executive Director of the Group, as of 03/07/2023.
Mr Tony Cooper will retire as a non-Executive Director as of 03/07/2023, having previously served as Manufacturing Director for Thorlux Lighting, the largest constituent of the Group, for many years.
Mike Allcock, Chairman of FW Thorpe Plc said:
