Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel platform for the world's wealthy and mass affluent, announces that it has received notification that Catherine Donald, wife of Alan Donald, Chief Finance Officer, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at the price of £1.20 per share, on 11 July 2019.
Mrs Donald's total interest in the Company is 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the total voting rights of the Company.
