("Ten" or the "Company")
Issue of Options
Ten Lifestyle Group Plc (AIM: TENG), announces that the Company has issued 624,831 options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to employees pursuant to the Ten Lifestyle Group Plc Management Incentive Plan dated 9 November 2017 (the "MIP") and Company Share Option Plan dated 24 August 2017 (the "CSOP").
Certain of the options have been granted to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"). Alex Cheatle has been issued nil cost options over 200,000 Ordinary Shares and options over 33,708 Ordinary Shares at 89 pence each. Following the issue of Options, Alex will be interested in options over 633,708 Ordinary Shares in total. Andrew Long has been issued nil cost options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares and options over 33,708 Ordinary Shares at 89 pence each. Following the issue of options, Andrew will be interested in options over 333,708 Ordinary Shares in total. Sarah Hornbuckle has been issued nil cost options over 30,000 Ordinary Shares and options over 33,708 Ordinary Shares at 89 pence each. Following the issue of options, Sarah will be interested in options over 123,708 Ordinary Shares in total. Alan Donald, Chief Finance Officer, has been issued options over 33,708 Ordinary Shares at 89 pence each. Following the issue of options, Alan will be interested in options over 33,708 Ordinary Shares in total. Malcolm Berry, President, Americas, has been issued nil cost options over 32,000 Ordinary Shares. Following the issue of options, Malcolm will be interested in options over 104,000 Ordinary Shares in total.
On 29 November 2018, Francesco De Marchis, Global Chief Technology Officer, was issued nil cost options over 344,828 Ordinary Shares. Following the issue of options, Francesco is interested in options over 491,670 Ordinary Shares in total.
The MIP options will vest following announcement of the Company's financial results for the year ending 31 August 2021, subject to the conditions of the MIP. The CSOP options will become exercisable on the third anniversary of the date of grant.
