Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), the global concierge technology platform driving customer loyalty for financial institutions and other premium brands, announces that it has received notice that William Cheatle, PCA and the son of Alex Cheatle, Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 1,884 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 53p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Alex Cheatle is beneficially interested in 11,087,692 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 11.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
