Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel service platform, announces that it received notice on 6 April 2020 that Alex Cheatle, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 35,689 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 56.00p per Ordinary Share, on 6 April 2020.
The Company also received notice on 6 April 2020 that Dr. Natalie Cheatle, wife of Mr. Cheatle, purchased 35,691 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 56.00p per Ordinary Share, on 6 April 2020.
Following the purchase, Mr. Cheatle, together with his wife, have a total interest in the Company of 11,164,669 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.84% of the total voting rights of the Company.
