Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel service platform, announces that it yesterday received notification that Andrew Long, Chief Operational Officer and Chief Executive Officer (Asia), purchased 25,936 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 77.06p, on 10 March 2020.
Following the purchase, Mr Long has a total interest in the Company of 3,888,185 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.82% of the total voting rights of the Company.
