Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel service platform for the world's wealthy and mass affluent, announces that it received notification yesterday of the following Director transactions which took place on 22 January 2020.

This denotes the first sale of ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") made by any Director since the Company's IPO in November 2017. As laid out in the table above, the Directors still have sizeable shareholdings in the Company and remain excited by its future prospects.
