Director/PDMR Shareholding
Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel platform for the world's wealthy and mass affluent, announces that it has received notification of the following Director and staff share transactions that took place on 28 June 2019.
Bruce Weatherill, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at the price of 98.31p per share. Following the share purchase, Mr Weatherill owns 776,523 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.96% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Gillian Davies, Non-Executive Director, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at the price of 98.50p per share. Following the share purchase, Ms Davies owns 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Toby Gauvain, President, sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at the price of 97.88p per share. Mr Gauvain retains 396,604 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.49% of the total voting rights of the Company.
