Block Listing Application

Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG) provides notification that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading on AIM for a block admission of 1,300,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These new Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Company Share Option Plan.

On exercise the shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 23 March 2023. Following admission, the Company's issued share capital remains unchanged at 83,808,935 Ordinary Shares.
