Block Listing Application

Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled, global concierge platform for the world's wealthy and mass affluent, provides notification that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading on AIM for a block admission of 1,300,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These new Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the under the following share option schemes:

On exercise the shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 24 May 2021. Following admission, the Company's issued share capital remains unchanged at 81,530,891 Ordinary Shares.
