In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that Thymios Kyriakopoulos, independent non-executive Director of TBC PLC, has been appointed as independent non-executive member of the board of directors of Attica Bank, a company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, with immediate effect.
