CORRECTION: Issuance and Award of Ordinary Shares and Ordinary Share Options

The Company makes the following amendments to its announcement released at 11:00am on 28 February 2011 under RNS Number 9687B:

·; The Company has issued 5,833,333 Ordinary Shares to the vendors of Get On With It Limited ("GOWIT") and trading is expected to occur on 4 March 2011, rather than 5,883,333 admitted to trading on 4 March 2012 as originally stated; and

·; Pursuant to the issuance of the Ordinary Shares in connection with the Placing, to First Columbus LLC and to the vendors of GOWIT, the Company will have 445,195,407 Ordinary Shares in issue, rather than 445,245,407 as originally stated.

All other details in the announcement released at 11:00am on 28 February 2011 remain the same.
