Tavistock announces that the Company's Chief Executive, Brian Raven, has received 628,570 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from the estate of a family member. Following this receipt of Ordinary Shares, Mr Raven is interested in 69,387,932 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 12.44 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
