Final Results
The Company is pleased to announce that it has today sent its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011, together with a notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders. The Company's AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 25 April 2012 at the offices of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP at 7 Pilgrim Street, London EC4V 6LB.
