Tate & Lyle PLC (the "Company") was informed today that on 7 December 2012, the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") were granted options to purchase ordinary shares of 25p each under the Tate & Lyle Sharesave Plan 2011 at an exercise price of 607 pence per share:
