Tate & Lyle PLC (the ‘Company’) announces that a grant of options and awards over the Company’s ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (‘Shares’) was made on 30 June 2017 under the Tate & Lyle Group Bonus Plan (‘GBP’) in respect of the year ended 31 March 2017 to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (‘PDMR’) as detailed in the table below:
