DIRECTOR DECLARATION

Notification regarding external directorships

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.6, Tate & Lyle PLC (the 'Company') announces that Sarah Kuijlaars, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned as a non-executive director of Inchcape PLC with effect from 13 April 2025 due to scheduling conflicts with her executive responsibilities for the Company. Sarah was the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee for Inchcape.
