Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) announces that following the purchase of ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) on 1 August 2014 under the terms of the Tate & Lyle PLC Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRIP”), the Company has today been informed that the following directors of the Company have acquired interests in additional Shares at a purchase price of 638.65 pence per Share:
