Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) announces that today the following Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (“PDMR”) were granted options to purchase ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) under the Tate & Lyle Sharesave Plan 2011 (“Sharesave Plan”) at an exercise price of 510 pence per share:
