Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) was informed yesterday that Joan Braca, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, acquired an interest in 756 ordinary 25p shares in the Company (“Shares”) on that day by means of the purchase of 189 American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) (one ADR being equivalent to four Shares) on the New York Stock Exchange at a price of 630.60 pence per share (being the equivalent of US$40.00 per ADR using an exchange rate of 1.5858). The 189 ADRs will be registered in the names of Ms Braca’s three children on settlement.
This notification is made in accordance with Paragraph 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
