DIRECTOR DECLARATION

Notification regarding external directorships

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.6, Tate & Lyle PLC (the 'Company') announces that Nick Hampton, Chief Executive Officer, has notified the Company of the following changes to his non-executive directorships:

· He will retire as a non-executive director, and as the Senior Independent Director, of Great Portland Estates PLC from 3 April 2025 (having served on the Board since 2016).

· He has been appointed as a non-executive director of Severn Trent PLC with effect from 4 April 2025. Nick will serve on the Audit and Risk, Treasury, Remuneration and Nominations Committees and will become Senior Independent Director on 1 May 2025.
