Plastics Capital Plc (AIM;PLA), the fast-growing specialist plastics products group, announces that the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2008 have been distributed to shareholders today. Shareholders will receive notice of the annual general meeting of the Company which will be held at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 45 Moorfields, London EC2Y 9AE on 31 July 2008 at 9.30am.

Plastics Capital successfully floated on AIM on 3 December 2007 and undertook a share for share exchange to acquire Plastics Capital Trading Limited with its subsidiary undertakings on 6 December 2007.
