Clarification of details and dates regarding the proposed return of capital
Aurum Mining plc (AIM: AUR), would like to clarify details and dates for the proposed return of capital to shareholders. It should be noted that there are some changes from the provisional dates outlined in the Circular dated 24 September 2010 that outlined the details of the proposed capital reduction.
4 November 2010 - Court Hearing to settle Order for Directions
24 November 2010 - Last day for delivery via CREST Courier and Sorting Service (CCSS) to enable registration by the Record Date
30 November 2010 - Record date (6.00pm) for B Shares *
1 December 2010 - Court hearing to confirm the Reduction of Capital
2 December 2010 - Expected Ex date
6 December 2010 - Expected date of despatch of cheques to Shareholders
* the B Shares will not be admitted to trading on AIM and will not be transfereable or renounceable
