ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in field management, announces that Sally Gillings, Finance Director, has given 3 months notice of her intention to resign from the Company. She will remain in post during this notice period to ensure continuity, and will step down from the Board on 28 February 2013.

A search to locate a replacement Finance Director has been initiated.
