20th July 2006 SERVICEPOWER TECHNOLOGIES PLC ("SERVICEPOWER" OR THE "Company") Pre-close Trading Update ServicePower, the recognised market leader in artificial intelligence based,field service scheduling solutions and computer services, is pleased to updateinvestors on trading as it enters the close period for the half year ending 30June 2006. The Interim Results will be announced in accordance withServicePower's normal timetable at the end of September. The actual date willbe announced in due course.During the first six months of the year, the Company has seen revenue growth inthe software business, hosting and outsourcing businesses. Accordingly, revenuefor the six months to 30 June 2006 is expected to exceed ‚£5.8 million (2005 ‚£3.4 million). The EBITDA loss for the period is reduced compared to the sameperiod last year.The Directors believe the Company is on track to meet expectations based ongood revenue visibility in relation to existing contracts.
