15th December 2006 SERVICEPOWER TECHNOLOGIES PLC ("SERVICEPOWER" OR THE "COMPANY") Director's Dealing

The Company announces that it has today been informed that on 15th December 2006, David Brisco, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased 31,250 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.75p per share.

Following this transaction, David Brisco has an interest in 4,226,466 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.21 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company announces that it has today been informed that on 15th December 2006, Barry Welck, Chairman of the Company, has purchased 228,128 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.9p per share.

Following this transaction, Barry Welck has an interest in 2,453,815 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.03 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
