SERVICEPOWER TECHNOLOGIES PLC ("SERVICEPOWER" OR THE "COMPANY") Director's Dealing The Company announces that it has been informed that on, Lindsay Bury, anon-executive Director of the Company, has purchased through MillichopeFoundation, a charitable trust in which Mr. Bury is a trustee and in which hehas a non-beneficial interest, 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("OrdinaryShares") at a price of 31p per share.Following this transaction, Lindsay Bury has an interest in a total of4,542,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.63 per cent of the Company's issuedshare capital.The Company announces that it has been informed that on 22nd December 2005, IanMacKinnon, an executive Director of the Company, has transferred 500,000ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") to his son, James AndrewMacKinnon for nil consideration.
